Combining this with more than 13 years’ cross-industry experience, she is well equipped with a valuable knowledge base in legal recruitment. This is a diverse skillset in legal executive and shared services recruiting, comprising sourcing and onboarding Talent at all levels of seniority across a range of sectors including in-house, private practice, government as well as not-for-profit.
More specifically, Georgina enjoyed 6 years working in chambers, providing her a relatively deep understanding of Industrial Relations Tribunals. Then 2 years with a global support services provider, as well as 6 years with an international agency, all of which rounded out her experience - indicative of her adaptability and understanding of the unique requirements of various sectors.
