The Extra Mile

Our team coordinates all interviews and provides meeting confirmations. After each meeting, we collect and share feedback with both you and the candidate. Comprehensive 2-page reference checks are conducted with supervisors to verify technical skills and cultural alignment. Additionally, we offer supplementary services, such as criminal, financial, and social media checks, along with psychometric testing for a nominal fee.
