Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to Partners, managers, and staff.
- Oversee performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
- Partner with the Recruitment Coordinator to manage recruitment and selection processes, including interviewing and strategic sourcing.
- Prepare business cases to support recruitment decisions.
- Coordinate and deliver the Summer Clerkship and Graduate Recruitment campaigns and programs.
- Implement training and development programs, including clerkship and graduate pathways.
- Provide strategic advice on remuneration, rewards, and workplace policies.
- Support leadership with insights on office culture and productivity.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR, ideally within legal or professional services.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation, policies, and best practices.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive meaningful people initiatives.
- Confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to HR challenges.
