The Opportunity
This is a rare chance for a Senior Associate to join a highly regarded national property team in Brisbane working on some of Australia’s most significant commercial property transactions.

You’ll be stepping into a practice that offers a diverse mix of large-scale property and business transactions, commercial, industrial, and retail leasing, structured community title development, and rural acquisitions and disposals.

This role will see you working closely with an industry-recognised partner, known for their expertise in real property law and leasing law, as acknowledged in The Best Lawyers in Australia and Doyle’s Guide. Under their mentorship, you’ll gain invaluable experience across a range of high-profile matters, all while working in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Work
This opportunity offers exposure to a broad spectrum of property law, including:
  • Large-scale capital transactions – Due diligence, acquisitions, disposals, and financing
  • Commercial, industrial, and retail leasing – Acting for major landlords and tenants
  • Structured community title development – Including mixed-use projects
  • Liquor licensing & gaming – Regulatory compliance and approvals
  • Rural property transactions – Acquisitions and disposals across key sectors
