You will be reporting to a highly experienced Commercial Litigation Partner who has worked for many top-tier and magic circle firms both in Australia and Internationally.
The firm itself operates both nationally and internationally, with a particular focus on the resources and technology sectors. Alongside other specialists in the team, you will advise on
- Corporations Act Disputes;
- High value Contract Disputes, particularly resources related;
- Partnership and Shareholder disputes;
- Construction Litigation;
- Energy & Resources Disputes;
- International Arbitration;
- Consumer Law;
- Intellectual Property and Technology Disputes; and
- Real Estate Litigation.
You will have a minimum of 3 years' post admission experience in Commercial Litigation.
You will be eager to advance your career, currently positioned at a Associate or SA level.
