- Client and Reception Support – Answer calls, greet clients, and manage appointments
- Administrative Duties – Prepare correspondence, process invoices, and assist with data entry
- Document Handling – Assist with scanning, filing, and document preparation
- Mail and Courier Management – Handle daily mail, deliveries, and courier coordination
- Meeting Room and Office Upkeep – Ensure professional meeting spaces and general office tidiness
- 12+ months of administration and customer service experience
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (EvolveGo and Law Docs highly regarded but not essential)
- Typing speed of 60+ words per minute with accuracy
