About the Role
As a Senior Associate, you will manage a diverse range of matters, including workplace investigations, employment litigation, safety compliance, and advisory work. Key responsibilities include but is not limited to the following:
- Manage a diverse caseload of workplace and safety matters
- Provide strategic advice and representation in employment litigation
- Conduct workplace investigations and safety compliance reviews
- Mentor and support junior lawyers in the team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
