Key Responsibilities
Your role will include:
- Managing phone calls, including Brisbane and overflow national calls, through an ARC Cisco system.
- Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and ensuring a positive first impression.
- Booking, setting up, and maintaining meeting rooms for client meetings and internal events.
- Assisting with event setup, including catering and beverage services.
- Handling deliveries, mail distribution, photocopying, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
