THE WORK
This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the largest corporate matters in Queensland. With a focus on the energy & resources sector, you can expect to be challenged with joint ventures, asset and company acquisitions and disposals, capital raisings for both listed and unlisted companies.
THE IDEAL LAWYER
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 1 to 3 years of PAE with a strong foundation in front-end corporate matters
- You should have an understanding of the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules and general corporate compliance
- Experience in Energy & Resources is not required but will be highly valued.
