About the Role:
As a Family Lawyer at either Associate or Senior Associate level, you will handle a diverse range of matters, including:
- Binding financial agreements
- De facto issues and divorce applications
- Property settlements
- Children’s issues, such as parenting plans and child support assessments
- Spousal support
- Domestic violence cases
