The Role
As a Senior Associate, you will work on a diverse range of financing transactions, advising clients such as financiers, borrowers, sponsors, and state governments. Your work will span project finance, asset finance, leveraged finance, syndicated debt, and debt capital markets, across multiple sectors like energy, renewables, property, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex financing transactions across various sectors
- Provide high-quality advice on project finance, asset finance, syndicated debt, and debt capital markets
- Cultivate strong client relationships and contribute to business development
- Work closely with senior lawyers, clients, and key stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Up to 3 years post-promotion experience in Banking & Finance law
- Proven transactional experience from a reputable mid / top-tier law firm
- Experience in project finance, asset finance, leveraged finance, syndicated debt, or debt capital markets
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships
- Remuneration: Competitive, at or above rival first-tier law firms
