You’ll be at the forefront of cutting-edge legal matters, working with a diverse portfolio of clients spanning technology, government services, media, international business, franchising, and emerging industries.
Your role will include:
- Front-end TMT and commercial technology advisory work.
- Advising on data protection, privacy compliance, and cybersecurity.
- Managing intellectual property portfolios, including trade mark registration, enforcement, and commercialisation.
- Assisting clients with brand development, franchising compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Negotiating complex commercial transactions, outsourcing, and IT procurement.
- Handling competition and consumer law, trade practices, and cross-border agreements.
& THE LAWYER THEY NEED
This opportunity is suited to experienced Lawyers or newly promoted Senior Associates with a strong background in front-end commercial TMT and IP law.
- Experience in a mid-tier or top-tier firm, with expertise in technology, data protection, privacy, competition and consumer law, and IP.
- Strong commercial acumen, drafting skills, and a passion for emerging legal issues in technology.
- A natural ability to build strong client relationships and collaborate within a team.
