THE ROLE
This reputable Commercial Property practice group has a growth opportunity for an Associate. You will handle a complex portfolio of varied transactional real estate matters, working closely with Senior Partners and Senior Lawyers. Key areas of practice include:
Commercial and residential property development
Sale and purchase of commercial real estate
Major office, retail, and industrial
Negotiating and drafting contract documents
Other general commercial property work
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years post-admission property law experience, ideally from a mid or top-tier environment, and be eager to advance your career. Additionally, you will possess:
An eagerness to progress and develop within property law
Excellent technical knowledge
A commitment to producing a high standard of work
Ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to develop and manage strong relationships
Senior Associate's (up to 5 Years PAE) are also encouraged to apply!
