We are on the hunt for an exceptional Corporate M&A Senior Associate to join a National Firm in a unique 100% remote role!

As part of an award-winning mid-tier firm with over 250 staff across Australia, you will be supported by a dedicated team of support staff and also have the option to work in their beautiful CBD offices if you prefer.
As a Senior Associate in this corporate team you will:
- Be part of a talented group of professionals, engaging in high-profile deals and providing strategic insights for a diverse range of clients.
- Work across significant transactions for both national and international companies
- Provide advice on ECM transactions, including public offerings, demergers, and secondary raisings.
- Advise on M&A and takeover activities, including due diligence, negotiations, and share sales.
- Assist public listed companies with General Meetings and compliance with ASX and ASIC regulations.
Additionally, you will play a key role in nurturing and developing more junior lawyers, contributing to the firm's commitment to creating exceptional outcomes for both clients and employees.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 6 years of PAE with significant Australian experience in M&A, ECM and Corporate advisory matters. Ideally you will come from another mid or top-tier national firm. A thorough understanding of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules is also essential.
