  • WORK: You’ll work on a unique range of litigation matters for both public and private clients across National and international litigation; regulatory defence; Corporations Act disputes; employment-related litigation; government-based disputes; occupational health and safety prosecutions; coronial inquests; incident management; collaborating with Counsel; advocating in court.
  • CANDIDATE: We are seeking an SA with a minimum of 5 years' PAE in commercial litigation.Experience in regulatory defence or prosecution matters is highly desirable. You could be working either in private practice or government.
