Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of correspondence and legal documents in consultation with work authors
- Client communication and management
- General diary management, including arranging appointments and events
- Collation and indexing of high volumes of documents for disclosure and briefs
- Maintaining electronic files from instruction to closure
- Monitoring matters on the Commonwealth Court’s Portal
- Undertaking research tasks
- Monthly billing and debtor control
- General administrative support
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years' legal assistant experience
- Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
