THE LITIGATION 
You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-profile insolvency matters! This will include representing liquidators, receivers, administrators, and bankruptcy trustees across various cases. Additionally, you will represent directors and company officers in response to ASIC investigations and enforcement actions.

Plus, each day will also offer variety, including general commercial litigation in areas such as:
  • Contractual disputes
  • Fraud Claims
  • Property-related disputes
  • Joint venture disputes
  • Shareholder disputes
  • Directors' and fiduciary duties
THE ASSOCIATE
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated individual with a litigation and insolvency background. A minimum of 3 years PAE is essential, with exposure to a significant portion of the mentioned fields.
