WHAT'S THE ROLE:
As an integral part of the team, you will be at the forefront of Australia's most notable medical negligence claims and health liability cases, including:
- Coronial inquests
- Disciplinary action, and
- High end litigation
- Large health organisations
- Medical practitioners, and
- Allied health professionals
WHO IS A GOOD CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years PAE in an Insurance team with a mid-tier national or top-tier firm.
You will either be at Associate Level or Lawyer aiming to step up, ideally with medical indemnity or health law experience. However insurance lawyers with a technical ability in professional negligence and looking to specialise further in medical indemnity are encouraged to apply.
