Your Role: As a Graduate Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in shaping the firm's data strategy. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will assist in providing business intelligence and analytical support to the management team and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large datasets to produce actionable insights and reports for informed decision-making.
- Support the design and development of business intelligence solutions while learning tools like SQL, SSRS, and Amazon Quicksight.
- Participate in automation projects aimed at enhancing data handling and processing efficiency.
- Collaborate on client reporting needs by assisting in the preparation and analysis of service standard reports.
- Assist in data entry and management within the Aderant Expert framework, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with staff and clients throughout various stages of system development.
- Conduct research into technology-driven solutions for service delivery and matter management processes.
- Support change management initiatives by participating in training programs related to client service protocols.
- Help optimise data entry processes to maintain an effective and compliant database.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Provide analytical support on client service projects, gaining insight into strategic business decisions.
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Commerce, or expected to complete within the next 12 months.
- Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment
- A keen attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Strong time management abilities with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- High levels of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive data.
- A collaborative approach to working within a team environment.
