COMMERCIAL LITIGATION
This is one of the most unique litigation team work mixes in Brisbane. Every day will be different ain this role where you will navigate a robust portfolio of high-profile disputes, providing advice on the complete spectrum of commercial litigation, encompassing areas such as:
  • Regulatory Litigation
  • Defence work for companies, directors, and managers 
  • Coronial inquests
  • Mining & Resources disputes
  • OH&S prosecutions
These matters are both with national and international clients and include  acting for both publicly listed and private companies.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE
  • To be successful you will require at least 5 Years Post Admission Experience in Commercial Litigation.
  • You will be at Senior Associate level or Associate Level ready to step up.
  • The firm prefers candidates who are experienced specialists, hailing from top or mid-tier legal backgrounds, and are driven to excel in a collaborative team environment.
