This is an opportunity to work on a range of significant and varied commercial litigation and advocacy matters, honing your advocacy skills. This practice covers:
  • Supreme and Federal Court litigation
  • Corporation Act disputes
  • Property-related litigation
  • Government-related disputes
  • Corporate insolvency
  • Working with Counsel on matters
  • Advocating in Court
Plus, there is the opportunity to go in-house on secondment opportunities!

The successful candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 3 years PAE (applications considered up to Senior Associate level)
  • Commercial Litigation or insolvency litigation experience from a recognised firm
  • An ability to draft clear and commercially-oriented advice
  • Strong Academics
