THE ROLE

As an Associate, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of defendant workers' compensation and liability matters. You'll collaborate with a mid-sized team renowned for its practical and strategic legal approach, ensuring clients receive timely and cost-effective solutions. You will focus predominantly on defendant Insurance in Workers' Compensation for WorkCover and institutional Self-Insured Employers.

THE CANDIDATE
  • Minimum 3 years PAE, suitable for lawyers ready to step into an Associate role or current Associates looking to advance
  • Experience in workers' compensation or public liability (defendant or plaintiff background acceptable
