Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex estate planning, administration, and disputes, particularly for high-net-worth clients and businesses
- Advise on trusts, asset protection, business structuring, and family dynamics
- Provide commercially sound, practical legal advice to clients
- Represent clients in contested Wills and estate disputes, with a focus on efficient, fair resolutions
- Mentor junior lawyers and support the professional development of the team
- 5+ years post-admission experience in Wills & Estates with a focus on estate administration
- Strong technical knowledge in estate planning, trust structures, and dispute resolution
- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead complex matters independently and work collaboratively within a team
- Leadership skills and a desire to mentor and develop junior legal talent
