THE ROLE:
Working closely with a highly sought-after Workplace Relations Partner, you'll lead in representing a diverse client base across a range of cutting-edge employment, safety, and IR law matters, including:
- Drafting complex employment agreements and contracts
- Addressing restraint of trade issues
- Handling unfair dismissal and general protection claims
- Developing enterprise bargaining strategies
- Resolving industrial disputes
- Managing disciplinary and performance matters
- Investigating workplace bullying, harassment, and discrimination
- Overseeing workplace health and safety investigations
We're seeking candidates with a minimum of 10 years' post-admission experience in employment, industrial relations, and or safety, ideally gained from a top-tier, leading mid-tier national, or specialised law firm. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate:
- Autonomy and strong leadership skills within a team environment
- A proven track record of developing a personal profile within the community and attracting clients
