THE FIRM

A minimum of 10 years PAE is essential, together with proven team leadership qualities and a genuine interest in guiding and mentoring less experienced lawyers within the team.

THE BENEFITS

This firm boasts a significant number of returning lawyers, meaning those who have left to try something new (some have explored different firms), have ultimately chosen to return. Here are some reasons why:
  • Competitive Compensation Packages: attractive remuneration packages on offer.
  • Vibrant Social Scene: A very sociable environment with numerous functions, celebrations, sports, and activities to foster a sense of camaraderie.
  • Family-Friendly Firm: Embracing supportive family values, the firm provides flexible working and paid parental leave for up to 18 weeks at full pay with super contributions, along with career break options and purchased leave.
