CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION
This team is actively engaged in some of the most high-profile infrastructure litigation in the region.
The successful candidate will represent both public entities and major private companies across Australia, joining a team of dedicated professionals renowned for their strong construction industry presence and expertise.
You will manage your own caseload, free from micromanagement, and will regularly handle disputes related to Australian Standard Construction Contracts and adjudications under BIFA.
