We are currently seeking expressions of interest from multiple experienced Commercial Law Paralegals or Contract Administrators for upcoming contract roles.
 
The Role

As a Specialist working with a notable employer, you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contract terms with vendors, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and termination.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, identifying potential risks.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation, including archiving.
  • Liaise with internal departments (legal, finance, procurement) to ensure alignment on contractual obligations.
  • Track key contract milestones such as renewal dates, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Assist in the development of contract templates and negotiation guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or administration.
  • Familiarity with legal requirements and terms in commercial contracts.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
Qualified Lawyers may be considered for this role, however, it is not a pre-requisite whereas current or prior experience in a contracts administration or contracts managerial capacity is.
